Users use this glucose monitoring like device - a bit of blood is analysed, matched against data in the theranos online database - and the user's informed. I wish they would get rid of the need to poke - blood under a spectrum, people.

Staying on schedule, fusion polenta, gappa

Trying hard to keep up on schedule, i certainly savour the evening, weekend in with fusion polenta and wine, stories and music.

Evergreen vs the tropical green

In Seattle ramparts, the evergreen is clearly a very a different shade of green - hard to imagine the wavelength difference is really miniscule from the tropical green in the spectrum.

The undergrowth in Mt.Erie was fun. The views out and around Anacortes - breathtaking.
