wet weekend

Another wet weekend actually as bay areans get a grip on wet weather driving skills. Yet another depression in the Bay of Bengal as well. Intense weather seems to be the recurrent theme. Taking it slow and going with flow as even greener pastures loom closer - we make our own horizons.

Modeling the exclamation point and Shannon yet again

Amazing the number of times people go back to Shannon..

Growing a conscience over food and wine..

liqueur on an empty stomach; portabello fritters followed by Syrah. spirited occasions. soulful reminescing. i tell myself yet again go with the flow. just can't;just simply can't.

Both multi faceted, down-to-earth, value money as a value, shameless at every fall , consciously don't wear what drives them on the sleeve - in the end what works just works.

chinna veedu, trucking routes, red light districts and taboo - tip of the iceberg - AIDS in India

In 2002, I was surprised when the Indian Government didn't extend the work visa of a foreign social worker - who after 20 years in India spoke Inglish, wore a sari, bet she belongs much less back in the UK - she didn't bat an eye lid picking up a dying AIDS victim from the roadside - I cringed yet again. Tons of effort at the grassroots..Indian NGOs
